Administration and support
Users, groups, Gmail, Drive access and joiner/mover/leaver requests.
Agreed request categories, approvals and escalation contacts.
/ Google Workspace support
Keep Gmail, Drive and account administration connected to the way your people work. BPro helps with everyday requests, configuration concerns and planned changes, with responsibilities agreed around your environment.
Review your Google Workspace requirementsTroubleshoot delivery, account configuration and approved mail settings.
Review membership, sharing and ownership with the people responsible for the data.
Handle approved joiner, mover and leaver requests with a record of the actions taken.
Review administrator roles, sign-in settings and exceptions within edition capabilities.
/ Scope your engagement
Keep routine administration separate from a security change or migration. We check edition limits, existing tools and responsibilities before defining the work.

| Area | Review record | Approval or follow-up |
|---|---|---|
| Administrator access | Role assignments, account ownership and sign-in exceptions | Owner approves removal or adjustment of unnecessary access |
| Shared Drive access | Membership, external sharing and data owner | Validate expected access with representative users |
| Leaver request | Account, file ownership, retention and business dependencies | Authorised owner approves transfer and removal steps |
Workspace edition, users, domains, mail or Drive concerns, current provider and whether a migration is planned.
Routine requests can sit inside an agreed support arrangement. A tenant clean-up, domain change or platform migration needs a separate brief when it introduces new dependencies, data movement or a business cutover. We explain that boundary before quoting the work.
Use managed IT when you need ongoing ownership, or co-managed IT when your internal administrator needs extra capacity. The service schedule confirms hours, response targets, access and exclusions.
A leaver request can affect file ownership, shared access, integrations and retention. We identify the authorising owner and required checks before changing accounts. Do not send passwords or confidential documents with your initial enquiry; any technical access is approved and limited to the work.
For a platform move, use the Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration checklist alongside migration planning. Backup coverage, retention and restore responsibilities are reviewed separately from everyday account administration.
The agreed scope can include user and group administration, Gmail and mail-flow troubleshooting, Drive and Shared Drive permissions, sign-in settings, administrator roles, and joiner or leaver requests. We confirm your edition, systems, approval rules and existing provider responsibilities before agreeing the work.
Yes. Your administrator can keep priorities and approvals while BPro handles assigned requests, specialist escalation or a defined project. The support queue, access and handoff rules are documented so neither team has to guess who owns a task.
Not automatically. We review what data needs protecting, the recovery requirements and the tools already in place. Retention settings, available native recovery options and a separately configured backup service are different controls. Product selection, licensing, restore tests and operating responsibility must be agreed in scope.
Yes. We scope identities, mail, files, permissions, application dependencies, cutover and business validation as a migration project. The plan should include a pilot, a rollback decision and a handover rather than treating the move as routine administration.
No. Capabilities depend on your Workspace edition, licences and the configuration of connected services. We check those prerequisites before recommending device controls, security settings or retention changes, and identify work that requires a different product or plan.
